01. Condition of Items

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (brand new) and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice/receipt.
• Items that have been damaged through misuse, or items that are missing parts for reasons not due to our error, are not eligible for return.

Defective or Incorrect Products:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. Approved defective items are eligible for a full replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs incurred.

03. Refund Method & Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (K-Net/Credit Card).
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• Please allow 5-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.

04. Shipping Fees

- General return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sea Circuit Co. will cover all return shipping costs if the product is defective or incorrect.
