01. Ownership & Agreement

This website is owned and operated by Sea Circuit Company For Retail and Maintenance of Electrical and Electronics Tools. These Terms and Conditions set out the terms under which you may use our website and services in the State of Kuwait. By accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

02. Intellectual Property

The Service and all materials therein, including software, images, text, logos, and patents, are the exclusive property of Sea Circuit Co.

Note: Trademarks, logos, and brand names of Dark Energy and WOKIN are the property of their respective owners. Sea Circuit Co. uses these marks solely for the purpose of retailing and displaying authentic products available in our store as an authorized provider.

03. Products, Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD).
• We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via our secure payment gateways.

⚡ SEA CIRCUIT CLUB

Membership in the Sea Circuit Club is automatic upon account registration. The 1 KD credit registration reward is a one-time incentive applicable only to the next subsequent purchase. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire according to promotional terms.

04. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to all areas in Kuwait and the GCC. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Sea Circuit Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party shipping providers.

In full compliance with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
• Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and unused condition.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during the transaction.

06. Governing Law

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the State of Kuwait.
